Shipping Policy

Here you will find the shipping policy for merchandise purchased directly through the Bride Movement Website

Thank you for supporting Bride Ministries International. Every purchase helps fund healing, freedom, and discipleship resources worldwide.

This Shipping Policy applies to all physical product orders placed through our shop at bridemovement.com/shop.

For digital products (courses, sermons, downloadable materials), please see the Digital Products section below — no shipping applies.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including a tracking number where available.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

Standard Shipping — 5–10 business days — Cost calculated at checkout

Priority Shipping — 1–2 business days — Cost calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Canada & Mexico — 7–14 business days — Cost calculated at checkout

Europe — 10–20 business days — Cost calculated at checkout

Africa & Middle East — 14–30 business days — Cost calculated at checkout

Asia Pacific — 14–25 business days — Cost calculated at checkout

All Other Countries — 14–35 business days — Cost calculated at checkout

International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by local customs processing. Bride Ministries International is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.


DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products (online courses, sermon downloads, e-books, and other digital materials) are delivered electronically via email within minutes of purchase confirmation.

No shipping fees apply to digital orders. If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or visit our help page.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your physical order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please fill out the Order Issue Form.

We will work with the carrier to locate your package. Please note that international shipments may experience delays beyond our control.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Bride Ministries International is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please fill out the Order Issue Form

as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address before shipment.
