Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment by contacting us through our ordering help page at support.bridemovement.com/help/ordering. All refunds will be given at the discretion of Bride Ministries International personnel.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the day we receive your items back. We will then credit the card or PayPal account that was used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds are issued for the net purchase amount — original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend that you send the package in a box. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Your refund will be issued for the net purchase amount — original shipping and handling charges are not included in the refund.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS SHIPPED
Although we strive for perfection, it doesn't always work out that way. Should any damage occur to your order during shipment, or if you received the wrong item, please fill out the Order Issue Form and we will be happy to assist you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our operations are built for speed of delivery to you. If you change your mind about a purchase, we will try our best to cancel the order before it is shipped. Because most orders are processed within 24 hours, we may not always be able to accommodate order cancellations.
If we are unable to cancel your order before it ships, you may always send your purchase back within 30 days for a refund of the net purchase amount, less shipping and handling.

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
EXCHANGES
If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery through the Order Issue Form with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We accept returns from international customers under the same 30-day policy. However, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs/duties fees associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable international shipping method.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
If you have an active subscription through Bride Ministries International, you may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid billing period.
