If your cancellation is more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session, you'll receive the full amount returned to your card within 5 to 7 days.
In the case of a late cancellation, defined as a late cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session, you will not receive a refund of the purchase price.
If you have not received a refund 7 days after your cancellation, please contact care@brideministriescoaching.com. Please provide the name, email, phone number and date/time of the appointment you need a refund for.
