Does my registered child/friend need a registration form submitted, even though I am the primary contact?

Yes, every registered person needs a form submitted.

If a person does not complete the FORM, when they arrive at the hotel and come to the registration table, there will be no data for us to find them in our system. If they are not in our system at the time of registration they will not be able to enter the conference. 

When paying for another person's registration (spouse, roommate, friend, or child) be sure to submit a form for our registration team to make a note of contact details.
