You will need to fill out the Coaching Scholarship Program form HERE

In order to process your application, you need to next email Caitlyn at [email protected] with proof of financial need.  

Some examples are a paystub, funds disbursement payment, IRS tax forms, or current bank statement only if you are not receiving regular payments.

We will NOT be able to process your application without your proof of need. 

After you submitted your proof of financial aid to Caitlyn and submitted the Coaching Scholarship Program Form, please allow a few weeks for a response for instructions on the next steps.
